Can you guess the song?

I assume my dad, Beth Summay, or Lina will win - I'll tell you why later as I don't want to give any other hints. Below is an article and a link to the actual article about an incident that happened in my beloved Zenica. It immediately reminded me of one of my favorite songs, although the song I'm thinking of has a slightly different ending. Any guesses? Oh, and very few people know the real name of the song, so if you come up with that - bonus points!

Couple divorce after online ‘affair’

A Bosnian couple are getting divorced after finding out they had been secretly chatting each other up online using fake names. Sana Klaric, 27, and husband Adnan, 32, from Zenica, poured out their hearts to each other over their marriage troubles, and both felt they had found their real soul mate.

The couple had met in an online chat forum while he was at work and she in an internet cafe, and started chatting on under the names Sweetie and Prince of Joy.

The pair eventually decided to meet up - but there was no happy ending when they realised what had happened. Now they are both filing for divorce - with each accusing the other of being unfaithful.

I'll let you know who wins in a day or two... :) Have fun!

My whole family is just odd...

Very good everyone! My favorite line has always been:

If you're not into health food... if you have half a brain...

No matter what mood I'm in, that line always makes me crack a smile.

It is a sad story though... it was probably the best communication they had in their marriage... I'm sure it would have been hard, but maybe they should have used it as a catalyst for reconciliation. I mean, it all worked out in the song... Not that I endorse personal ads or internet affairs as a way to strengthen a marriage...

Jana, why don't you like me since you found out I have crocs??

"Escape" (the Pina Colada song). Weirdly though, Rupert Holmes doesn't like Pina Coladas. His other big claim to fame is the musical The Mystery of Edwin Drood (based on a Charles Dickens manuscript). He also created the TV show Remember WENN about classic radio but I never saw it. Wrote a book too I think--heckuva diverse career. John loves that song--I keep checking the personals to make sure he's not out there advertising!

And p.s., Crocs are cool. They're incredibly good for foot support and your heel, as good asthan expensive orthotics. APMA seal of approval baby. :-)

I'm so excited because I actually knew which song you were talking about before reading the comments! (shout out to Joce for introducing me to the song about 3 years ago). You're right...it is perfect for this news story! Tiff
